Our vision is to train believers all over the world to lead people to Christ.

Kent first discovered Christ as his Savior as a senior in High School in San Gabriel, CA. After high school, he went on to play football at UCLA. When he suffered a severe back injury his football career was cut short. After his football injury he became involved with Campus Crusade for Christ which changed the directions of his life.

As a result of getting involved with Campus Crusade he began helping people come to know Christ in a personal way. After graduating from UCLA, he went onto Dallas Theological Seminary where he received his Masters of Theology. Then he went onto Fuller Theological Seminary where he received his Doctor of Ministry in Evangelism and Church Growth. Kent filled associate and senior pastor roles for more than 40 years. During this time, he was a clinic director for Evangelism Explosion and continually explored the most effective ways to teach believers how to share their faith.

In 2002 Kent created a training course to teach Christians a simple and easy way to lead people to Christ. He soon realized that many churches wanted the program as well. So in 2006 Kent became the founder and president of How to Share Your Faith training course. It has been so well received that it became Kent’s full time ministry in 2009. The training course has spread to Churches in almost every state in the US.

In order to equip believers even further, Kent created the Share Your Faith App in 2012. The app became an overnight sensation with over 15,000 downloads in over 173 countries including China and Saudi Arabia.

Kent lives in Rancho Cucamonga, CA with his wife, Betsy. They have two adult children and three grandchildren. Kent speaks in churches across the country sharing his encouraging message to help people bring their friends to Christ.
